Azinhal Vineyard

The Azinhal Vineyard is our largest vineyard, occupying a total of 90 hectares. It is located in Orada on clay and shale soil with veins of quartz. With an average age of 28, in this vineyard we find different red and white varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Marselan, Trincadeira, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tanat, Castelão, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Syrah, Arninarnoa and Roupeiro.
Louseira Vineyard

The Louseira Vineyard is in S. Domingo, Estremoz. It is in this vineyard, spreading across 75 hectares, where we are currently performing our first trial of 100% organic production. There is also a newer, 5-year-old section in this vineyard where white varieties with a lot of potential are planted—Arinto, Rabo de Ovelha, Roupeiro, Verdelho and Cerceal. Of the reds, the Aragonez, Castelão, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Nero d’Ávola and Syrah varieties stand out.
Servas Vineyard

Located within Herdade das Servas, in Estremoz, where our winery is also located, the Servas Vineyard is 12 years old and extends across 71 hectares. Growing in skeletal, nutrient-poor soil, it is a low-production vineyard. The varieties growing here are Roupeiro, Alvarinho, Semillon, Antão Vaz, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Touriga Branca, Viognier, Sangiovese, Verdelho, Encruzado, Sauvignon Blanc, Alvarinho and Arinto.
Cardeira Velha Vineyard

At over 55 years old, the Cardeira Velha Vineyard also spans 13 hectares in Orada, using goblet vine training. The soil is characterised by red clay with a higher percentage of shale than Cardeira Nova. Its only variety is Carignan.
Judia Vineyard

The Judia Vineyard is an old vineyard, at over 50 years old. It spreads across 40 hectares in Orada on a steeply inclined parcel with a lot of shale. This vineyard has white varieties—Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha and aromatic Malvasia—and red varieties—Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot and Alfrocheiro.
Pêro Lobo Vineyard

At just 3 years old, the Pêro Lobo Vineyard, also known as the Oliveiras Vineyard, is our newest vineyard, fruit of conversion in 2017. It is located in Orada and occupies a total of 28 hectares. Pêro Lobo only has white varieties: Verdelho, Viognier, Viosinho, Encruzado, Alvarinho, Roupeiro, Loureiro and Arinto.
Cardeira Nova Vineyard

The Cardeira Nova Vineyard is rooted in Orada on a parcel of flat, shale-streaked red clay soil. It is 5 years old and stretches across 13 hectares, housing 5 different varieties: Alfrocheiro, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Viosinho and Alvarinho.
Clérigo Vineyard

Located in Borba, the Clérigo Vineyard, with 22 hectares is our oldest at over 75 years old. Deeply rooted in the soil, it is highly storm-resistant and the grapes it produces have a lot of structure, concentration and complexity. It occupies 22 hectares with mostly goblet vine training.
