Clear, medium yellow color, with peach, lemon, lime, and mandarin aromas, and a hint of the barrel wood flavours. Citrus, creamy and well-structured wine, with a long and fresh finish.

The grapes were sorted manually, destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Cold settling takes place for 48 hours and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels.

The Herdade das Servas Reserva Branco aged in French oak barrels for 9 months with regular batonnage. This process is reflected in a more voluminous wine.

There have only been 4 editions of Herdade das Servas Reserva White: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.
