Each dish on the menu has been paired with one of our wines. Each dish is made with the best fresh, local and seasonal produce. Each dish recreates the traditions and heritage of Alentejo.

We are proud to have created a gastronomy full of flavor that speaks the same language as the wines. Its origins lie in the legacy of the Serrano Mira family, wine producers since 1667, which inspired the restaurant’s name.

We are committed to a sustainable economy. That’s why we work with the region’s producers to guarantee the quality of homemade sausages, pastured animals, cheeses, eggs, honey and other typical products.

The exclusive wine list represents the vision of its owner, Luís Serrano Mira, to modernize this wine tourism space. And to turn the restaurant into a showcase for the wines produced for the restaurant at Herdade das Servas.

For each creation, the house recommends the most suitable wine to accompany it. And you can order by the bottle or by the glass. It’s up to the customer (or the occasion).

The menu includes 14 wines from Herdade das Servas, as well as sparkling wines, spirits and Ports from other origins, such as Casa da Tapada, from the Vinho Verde region.
