Monte das Servas Red 2022
Clear wine, violet red color, aromas of plum, cherry, blackberry, with a herbaceous note. Elegant, balanced and complex, with a persistent finish.
The vineyards are planted on red or yellow soils, non-calcareous, normal (non alkalized), with schist or greywacke materials, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with large thermal fluctuations and hot and dry summers. After careful canopy management during the growing season, the grapes were hand-picked and transported to the winery in small crates.
After each grape variety is received, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, underwent cold maceration. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
A wine for everyday life, for the demanding consumer.
Red meat, game, cheeses and sausages.
Consume while young.
Must be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
