Monte das Servas Red 2021
Clear wine, violet red color, aromas of plum, cherry, blackberry, with a herbaceous note. Elegant, balanced and complex, with a persistent finish.
The vineyards are planted on red clay soils with underlying brown or crystalline limestone, with some schist outcrops. They thrive under a Mediterranean climate, with large thermal fluctuations and hot, dry Summers.
After the necessary care during the growing cycle, the grapes were machine-picked at the
point of optimum ripeness.
After each grape variety is received, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, underwent cold maceration.
A wine for everyday life, for the demanding consumer.
Red meat, game, intense cheeses and sausages.
Consume while young.
Aragonez (40%) Alicante Bouschet (25%) Trincadeira (25%) Syrah (10%).
Must be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
