Live a night of harvest beneath the stars.
On 28 August and 4 September 2026 we invite you to discover the grape harvest from a different angle: an experience between the vineyard and the cellar, with grape treading, dinner, a night-time harvest and a final toast under the moonlight.

Programme
One night to discover the harvest from beginning to end, experiencing first-hand some of the most striking wine traditions of the Alentejo.
18h30 Welcome drink
Reception by the hosts of Herdade das Servas, with a glass of wine.
19h00 Guided tour
Follow the journey of the grape, from vineyard to cellar, and see the winemaking process up close.
19h30 Grape treading
Step into the lagar and take part in one of the harvest’s most emblematic traditions, with a group photo.
20h30 Dinner (Legacy Winery Restaurant)
A seated dinner paired with the wines of Herdade das Servas.
22h30 Night harvest
Collect your harvest kit and head into the vineyard to join the night-time grape picking.
23h45 Final toast
We close the experience with a toast to the harvest, to wine, and to a night lived beneath the stars.

Payment is made in full. Once received, your booking is confirmed.
