Arinto 2024

TASTING NOTES

Clear wine, citrus color. Aromas of green apple, lime, lemon and a subtle tropical note. Fresh, citrusy, mineral and full with an elegant and long finish.

VITICULTURE

Vines planted in red or yellow soils, derived from non-calcareous, normal (non-alkalized) materials, such as schist or greywacke, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high temperature variations and hot, dry summers. After the necessary green interventions during the vegetative cycle, the grapes were harvested manually at the optimum point of ripeness and transported to the winery in crates.

WINEMAKING

After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. Following controlled hyperoxidation of the must, static decantation follows for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

AGEING

After undergoing fermentation, the wine ages “sur lie” in stainless steel vats for 3 months.
