Monte das Servas Rosé 2024

TASTING NOTES

Clear wine, pale pink color, aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and floral notes. Well structured, fresh and fruity with lasting finish.

VITICULTURE

Vineyards planted in red or yellow soils, derived from non-calcareous, normal (non-alkalized) materials, such as schist or greywacke, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high temperature variations and hot, dry summers.

After the necessary green interventions during the vegetative cycle, the grapes were harvested manually at the optimal point of ripeness and transported to the winery in crates.

WINEMAKING

The grapes were sorted manually, destemmed. After a light skin maceration, the grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection.

Cold settling takes place for 48 hours and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in controlled temperature stainless steel vats.

MOMENTS

A wine for everyday life, for the demanding consumer.

Salads, pasta, pizza, sushi and white meats.

Consume while young.

Touriga Nacional (55%), Syrah (35%) and Aragonês (10%).

Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
