Produced in Estremoz by the Serrano Mira family, this blanc de noirs sparkling wine was made with high quality Castelão grapes. Harvested in august 2018. A base wine was obtained wich, after tirage by the traditional method, aged sur-lie in it’s bottle with handmade remuage.
Salads, seafood, soft cheeses, oven fish, withe meats and dried fruits.
Castelão (100%)
Serve at temperature of 8-10ºC.
