Produced in Estremoz by the Serrano Mira family, this blanc de noirs sparkling wine was made with high quality Castelão grapes. Harvested in August 2018, they gave rise to a base wine which, after being distilled using the traditional method, aged sur-lies in its bottle, with manual riddling.
Salads, seafood, soft cheeses, oven fish, withe meats and dried fruits.
Castelão (100%)
Serve at temperature of 8-10ºC.
